Service
Postbridge provides content preparation, channel connection, publishing, bridges, scheduling, AI assistance, workspace management, and billing. Availability varies by plan, provider API, region, and platform policy.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for content, channels, credentials, automation rules, and publishing actions configured in your workspace. You must comply with applicable law and connected-platform policies.
YouTube
Postbridge uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube connection and publishing features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Connect only channels you are authorized to manage. Review the video, publishing details and visibility before approving delivery. YouTube controls processing, availability and classification of uploaded videos.
TikTok
Connect only TikTok accounts you are authorized to manage and share original content for which you hold the necessary rights. Review each video, caption, destination and publishing choices before approval. Follow TikTok Terms, Music Usage Confirmation and, when applicable, Branded Content Policy. TikTok controls account eligibility, available settings, processing, moderation and API posting limits. Provider access and public visibility can require TikTok app review and audit.
Billing
Card subscriptions use Lava in USD and renew every 30 days until cancelled. Cancellation stops future charges and preserves paid access until the period ends. A paid plan change requires a new payment after that period. Telegram Stars remain available where displayed. Refund requests are reviewed by support; a request does not itself cancel renewal.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, incidents, provider API changes, and third-party availability can affect the service. Features, limits, prices, and these terms may change as the product evolves.
