How to request deletion
Email support@postbridge.io from the address associated with your account. Include the workspace name or ID and the OAuth provider name when applicable.
What we delete
Verified requests cover account profile data, workspace memberships, connected channel records, credential references, imported content, drafts, schedules, and automation settings.
What may be retained
Billing, security, audit, backup, or legal records may be retained where required for law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform security.
Processing time
Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days unless legal, security, or abuse-prevention requirements require longer.
